Booking an Appointment
Our neurologists review and triage patients based upon the information provided by your doctor.
- Before calling to book an appointment, please make sure a referral has been sent by your GP or Specialist. Your doctor may also provide you with a hardcopy of the referral.
- When booking an appointment, our reception team will provide details about the fees for your consultation and/or neurophysiology service.
- Please arrive 10 minutes early for your initial consultation to complete a Consent and New Patient Form. Be sure to also allow extra time for parking.
- Remember to bring your Medicare card with you to your appointment.
- If you have a Pensioner or Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) card, please bring it to your appointment, as it may affect the cost of your consultation.
- Investigation Results: Please bring any relevant scans, test results, or medical reports to your initial appointment.
